Telecia Yvonne Nicholson

TELECIA YVONNE NICHOLSON, age 48, of Houston, Texas, was born as the only child to Minnie Mae Nicholson on January 23, 1976 in Chicago; Cook County, Illinois. She peacefully transitioned to the will of God at her residence October 15, 2024. Service of Remembrance and Life Celebration is slated for Sunday, November 3, 2024 at 12:00 noon from the Weatherly Chapel with visitation for family and friends. The Service begins at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Tyrone Thomas, officiating; delivering the eulogy, bringing words of comfort and consolation. Telecia is the beloved granddaughter of the late Ben, Sr. and Cherrie Lard of York Alabama. At an early age, she accepted Christ as her Lord and personal Savior. She completed her formal education in the Sumter County System and was a graduate of Sumter County High School, class of 1994. She was preceded in death by her loving Mother, Minnie Mae Nicholson. Those who remain to cherish precious memories of a beautiful well-lived life are: two children; Faith Clark of Tuscaloosa, AL, and Christian Nicholson of Houston, Texas; her father, Robert Fluker, York, AL; two aunts; Martha L Chisem, Birmingham, AL. and Ossie L. Hubbard of Chicago, IL., and an extended host of family, cousins and friends who truly loved her and whom she also loved.
