Stafford Agee, Jr.

STAFFORD AGEE, JR., age 78 of York, Alabama was born December 15, 1946 in Montrose, Mississippi to the blessed union of the late Stafford and Lucille White Agee, Sr.  He transitioned peacefully to the will of God on May 20, 2025 in Anderson Regional Medical, Meridian, MS.  Service of Remembrance and Life Celebration is slated for Saturday, May 31, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. from Hixon Baptist Church, Highway 11, East with interment following in Elmwood Memorial Gardens, also Highway 11 East of York, Alabama.  Rev. Ronald Chaney, pastor will deliver the eulogy offering words of comfort and consolation.  Mr. Agee will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time.  Visitation for family and friends is scheduled Friday evening (May 30th) from 2-5:00 p.m. in the Weatherly Chapel.
