ELLA LEE ROWE

ELLA LEE ROWE, affectionately known to many as "Susie and Sue Katt", was born in Cuba; Sumter County, Alabama on January 10, 1958 to the Blessed biological union of the late Earl and Mary Harmon Johnson.  Yet, she was lovingly raised by Bro. Arvell and Sis. Maxine Johnson. She peacefully transitioned to the Will of God at her residence, surrounded by loving family January 7, 2026 at 9:40 a.m.  Service of Remembrance and Life Celebration is slated for Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. from Pine Grove Baptist Church, 3326 Walton Road 6, Yantley, (Lisman Route), AL. Interment and Service of Committal follows in Pine Grove Cemetery.  Minister Jo Ann Johnson-Scott will offer words of comfort and consolation;  Rev. Willie D. Burton is church pastor.  Sister Rowe will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to funeral time.   Visitation for family and friends is scheduled Friday evening (Jan. 16th) from 2-5:00 p.m. at Weatherly Funeral Home.
