Laurene Christine Delaine Tucker, age 96 of York, AL. made her transition on Tuesday (Dec.13, 2016). She was a lifelong resident of Sumter County and a member of Grants Chapel CME Cuba, AL. ( 5290 Kinterbish Road). Service of memory will be Friday at 12:00 P.M. at the church, Pastor Izea Blanks will officiate, Pastor Walter Ball, eulogist, with interment in Cagus Cemetery. Her Loving Survivors are: Three Devoted Children; Clevan Tucker, Jr., Glorya Jean Jackson and Carlene Tucker Ross, Three Siblings; Warren (Aligee) Delaine, Mildred Black and Minnie Ruth Jones, 2 Granddaughters and 7 Great Grandchildren. Her remains will lie in repose on Thursday at Weatherly Funeral Home York, Alabama from 3:00 until 6:00P.M.
